Motivational Monitor

Last year, we ordered the Motivational Monitors, with our logo imprinted as well as our address, phone and URL. The order was confirmed, produced and shipped. I received the order about 5 business days later, and there was no imprint. So, I called customer service and let them know my issue, and at first they said it was not supposed to have a logo imprint. Then they found the correct order and recapped for reprint, everything was in order. So they sent me a reprint...with someone else’s logo. I called customer service again to get the correct order. It was supposedly corrected. Five days later I received the Motivational Monitors with same logo that was sent before...not ours. On the fourth try I received the correct items with all the correct imprints. So, this year I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered the 500 Motivational Monitors same as last year, same logo, same address and other information for imprint. The order was confirmed and the logo was correct as well as the company information. When I received the order there was no imprint. I called customer service, and I could tell the representative did not believe me and asked to have the old one shipped back. After some conversation, she agreed to have the reprinted and send them out. Two days later I receive a call from Baldwin Cooke saying they are out of the cover stock for the navy Motivational Monitor. They said they would have it in two days so my order would be slightly delayed. I pushed the issue and was able to get the order shipping expedited. When I received this order we did have the cover right! (Only two tries this year!) However, a few of the covers only had half of my logo. We pulled these out and prepared to send out to our clients, when we noticed that January 2011 only had the first page, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. I am now waiting to receive another reprint with, hopefully, everything correct. I can not speak to the experience of others, but in my experience Baldwin Cooke leaves a lot to be desired.

THE PLANNER HAS BEEN A GOOD WAY TO KEEP TRACT OF APPOINTMENTS. THE COST OF THE ITEM HAS BEEN GOOD ALSO.
