I do not understand why your shipping costs are soooooo much more than other shipping costs for even larger packages... I send packages cross country frequently and the costs are much less. Something is wrong with this! I like your products and have been a customer for a very long time, but am tired of being swindled on the shipping!! It's really a shame!!

Perhaps someone in your organization would take the time to explain to your customer service department that the client is never right is a wrong approach. I have paid twice, once for a 2 week edition and once for a 1 week edition that is useless to me. When I tried to explain through a series of emails I was told in no uncertain terms that payment was due (and if not a report would be made to credit agencies) but I could return the product at my expense. I am sure you can access the emails. /s/ a disappointed custome who will regretably continue to use you not because of your customer relations but because you are the only one who publishes a 2 week version. You can thank your customer relations department for this review.

I have been a customer for several years and the two week pocket planner is perfect for me in my field of work. Every year when I re-order they are always courteous and very professional on the telephone. I usually receive an invoice within a week of receiving my two week planner. There is no other company to deal with except Balwin Cooke. I am one very satisfied customer

I have been giving the two week version of this for over 10 years. My family and friends eagerly await getting them (I give them out around Thanksgiving) because they find them so useful to use year-round. They start putting events, meetings, etc. in during the holidays, and continue throughout the year.
