I bought an executive weekly planner and when it arrived in the mail it was already ripped at the seams and the cardboard inside was exposed. I called customer service and they quickly sent a replacement...however they were sold out of the same color...and the replacement one came ripped at the seams as well. Good customer service but the product is junk and overpriced.

I have used a Baldwin Cooke day planner for over 20 years. A few years ago I got smart and began ordering refills as long as my leather cover was still in good shape. I love the product incuding the refills but I feel taken advantage of by the cost of a UPS ground shippment. The cost of the refill planner is $22.00 and the cost to ship it ground UPS is $12.00. That is taking advantage of the customer. Our company UPS ground charge for a package under a pound is less than $4.00. Last year a went ahead an let Baldwin Cooke take advantage of me however this year I beleive I will find a new daily planner from a different company where I can purchase the product at Office Depot or Staples or some locate office supply store. It's the principle. Being taken advantage by an online retailer is something I am choosing to not let happen this year.

We have ordered these planners for the past 15+ years. In the last several years, they have come in wrong in some fashion, whether it be name mis-spelling or planners missing. At least three planners have had to be re-printed each year for the past several years. This year, it is eight. Early on, the product would come in and it would be perfect. In the past several years, the quality has deteriorated.

Last year's Weekly Executive Planner had tabs noting the months but this version does not. I would like to see the tabs in next years as they are very helpful in using the book.Thank you, Linda Irwin
