Weekly Executive Planner

We've been using these desk calendar books for years and our staff loves them and looks forward to receiving these. Very useful in keeping it all together :)

We ordered this product from the Item # (being 404) that appeared on the last page of our 2009 WEP. Upon receiving the 2010 planner, it did not have the "month tabs" and our 2009 planner did have them. We called Customer Service and was told that Item 404 did not have tabs; we told the rep about our 2009 planner having tabs and that we ordered the same Item #. She was argumentative and as much as indicated that we were not being truthful. Since the 2009 planner was a gift from our financial advisor, we had no record on file of the item as ordered. We offered to fax or email a copy of the last page of our 2009 planner and was told that wasn't necessary and that we could order and pay for the 2010 refill with month tabs. We chose not to do this. We very much like the way the planner is organized and it works really well for us. We have purchased and attached tabs for the months and will use it this way. Whether or not we order any planners from Baldwin Cooke in the future is questionable.
