How do I place an order?

Online: Use our online catalog to order over 200 of our most popular products.

By Fax: Fax your order to 1-888-870-2966, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Completely fill out the order form in your catalog and fax it to this number. Please do not send artwork via fax.
How do I pay for my order?
Choose from one of the following methods:

Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Bill Me: We will verify your account and order, then bill your account for the amount of the order plus shipping and handling.

Is this your first time ordering with Baldwin Cooke? Use one of the credit cards listed above or provide us with three trade references and their telephone numbers. A Dun and Bradstreet Number is not required, but in most cases will shorten the time to open an account.
How can I get help with my order?
If you encounter difficulty placing your order with our online catalog, please call our Sales department, which is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon EST, at 1-800-762-5000. Or you can use Live Chat to have your questions answered.
If my order does not satisfy my needs, what do I do?
All orders are completely 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us at 1-800-762-5000. We will gladly give you a full refund, credit, or replacement order.
How do I print my logo on these products?
Please call our Sales department at 1-800-762-5000 and they will assist you with adding your company logo to the product.
How do I get an answer regarding my bill?

I moved. How can I change my address?
Simply fax 1-888-870-2966, contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-762-5000, or email us at cs@baldwincooke.com with your account number, new address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Please also include your prior information to easily identify your account in our system.
I want to change my order. Can this be done and how?
Yes, this is possible depending on its stage in the fulfillment process. Call (please do not fax) the Customer Service department at 1-800-762-5000. Please note that production time will begin at the time of the change.
Are you going to automatically send me a proof?
No; if you require a proof, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-762-5000. The charge for a digital proof is $5.00. A standard physical proof is $25.00.
How do I remove myself from the mailing list?
Please call us at 1-800-762-5000 or email us at cs@baldwincooke.com to request the removal of your name. Please provide your telephone number or account number.
How many lines and characters can I use for my imprint?
Individual Name imprints: Limit of 24 characters for Pocket Planners and 31 characters for all other desk diaries.

Imprints: The standard is 5 lines.
Questions regarding artwork?
We cannot reproduce your art from photocopies, faxes, color or shaded/screened artwork. Your art must be mailed or sent electronically. If you have any further questions please contact us at 1-800-762-5000 or email us at art@baldwincooke.com.
What are the imprint charges?
Individual name imprints are $1.99 per item, unless otherwise specified. Your company name or five-line message can be imprinted on specified items for $14.95 per order. If a custom logo is desired, a one-time charge of $29.95 will apply. You can have your name engraved free of charge on most gift items. Some exceptions do apply.
Can I get a quote for quantities greater than what are offered on this site?
Larger quantities are available. Simply email or call one of our sales representatives at 1-800-762-5000 and someone will assist you.
How does Baldwin Cooke help prevent errors?
OOPS! Mistakes are one thing we don’t like to make. We take painstaking steps to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, occasionally errors do occur. Please accept our apology, in advance, if an error has caused you any confusion or inconvenience. We also try to reproduce the colors of our products as closely as possible, but colors may vary due to the web process.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Residents of New York State and Washington State have to pay sales tax on purchases through our website. If you are not a New York or Washington State resident and you are having your order shipped to an address in New York or Washington State, you will need to pay sales tax.
What are Over/Under Runs?
We try to produce your order in the quantity specified, but we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the desired quantity. If you receive additional items and do not wish to keep them, you can return them and we will gladly issue a refund.
What if I have a tax exempt status?
If you have a tax exempt certificate on file with us, you will not be charged tax. If you are a tax exempt organization and do not have a tax exempt certificate on file, you will need to send in your certificate and we will credit your account if tax was charged on your order.
How can I submit my tax exempt certificate?
You can mail or fax in your tax exempt certificate.

What is a California Proposition 65 Warning?
This product will be labeled in accordance with California State’s Proposition 65, stating that this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
How do I request a sample?
You can request your free sample by calling 1.800.762.5000. Only certain diaries are available as samples and include a random imprint. Samples over $7 will be charged to your account. Sorry, gift items are not available as samples.
