Shipping Charges

I have always liked your products in the past, and have always paid the exorbitant shipping charges with reluctance. Now, since you don't make the product that I have been ordering, paying those high shipping costs hurts even more, as I have to settle for a lesser product. Please explain to me why it should cost $12.48 to ship a weekly planner refill via UPS ground. Why can't you use the USPS for half the cost?

I have ordered this product for years and I like the size but the shipping this yearwas $14.05 and the refill was only $19.67. I think that is absurd. It could of been mailed in an envelope for much less. Will not be ordering this product again.

Very useful product which saves money after you receive the cover.
